DutchPro Original Hydro/Cocos Grow A & B HW is a professional, two-part grow nutrient developed specifically for hydroponic systems and coco-based cultivation. The HW (Hard Water) version is ideal for use with hard or standard tap water, where the starting EC value is already higher.

Within the Grow Island range, this product is aimed at growers who want to achieve stable, fast and fully controlled vegetative growth without compromise – whether in a professional setup or in advanced home cultivation.

Designed specifically for hydro and coco systems

The formula of DutchPro Hydro/Cocos Grow A & B HW is not a universal fertilizer, but one optimized specifically for hydroponic systems and coco substrates. In these environments, nutrient uptake in the root zone is extremely fast and sensitive, making a precisely balanced ratio of macro- and micronutrients essential.

The two-component system ensures that the ingredients remain chemically stable and do not react with each other, even in concentrated form. The result is a clean, fully soluble, residue-free nutrient solution.

Optimized for hard water (HW – Hard Water)

The high calcium and magnesium content of hard tap water can often lead to nutrient lockout or imbalances. The DutchPro HW version has been developed to:

balance the mineral composition of hard water
prevent calcium and magnesium deficiencies
maintain a stable EC level throughout the entire growth phase
reduce the risk of salt buildup

If you are working with very soft water, rainwater or reverse osmosis water, the manufacturer recommends using the SW version.

Dosage and application

Shake both bottles thoroughly before use.

Grow A dosage:
2.5–5.5 ml Grow A per 1 liter of water, mix thoroughly.

Grow B dosage:
Add 2.5–5.5 ml Grow B to the same solution and mix thoroughly again.

The prepared nutrient solution is immediately ready for irrigation or use in hydroponic systems. Dosage can be adjusted depending on plant size, variety and growth stage. Regular observation of the plants and monitoring of EC levels is recommended.
