1. Remove the used balloon from the adapter according to the manufacturer's instructions and prepare the fastening components.
2. Cut suitable balloon material to size; the manufacturer's illustrated procedure uses a length of approximately 50–60 cm.
3. Close one end of the balloon securely as shown in the instructions, then prepare the open end for connection.
4. Fit the balloon fixation ring and attach the balloon's open end to the adapter as shown in the manufacturer's illustrations.
5. Arrange the folds evenly around the connection, fold back the projecting balloon material, then secure the fastening with the outer fixation ring.
6. Check the condition of the completed balloon and connection. If there is damage or the fastening is insecure, correct the assembly before starting to use it.

Filling and use with the correct VOLCANO assembly

Always begin using the balloon according to the instructions for your particular VOLCANO model. Preparing the device, fitting the filling chamber and choosing the temperature are tasks associated with the vaporizer. The adapter does not set the temperature or regulate airflow; it provides the balloon's replaceable connection. In this way, you complement the device operation you already know with proper balloon preparation.

Once the device has reached the set temperature, extend the balloon and place it vertically on the filling chamber. Start the pump and switch it off when the balloon has reached the desired fill level. Then lift off the balloon and attach the compatible EASY VALVE mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is a separate component; filling the balloon and using the vapour through the mouthpiece are consecutive operations.

Handle the hot filling chamber only at the designated grip points and place it on a heat-resistant surface as instructed for your model. Hold the balloon carefully rather than trying to lift the connection off by pulling on the thin material. During use, do not blow back into the balloon, as this can introduce moisture into its interior.

Hygiene and replacement: the adapter does not replace a fresh balloon
